The Cosac is a round, low-profile beanbag chair in three sizes: 5ft ($249), 6ft ($299) and 7ft ($399). Each one ships with the sherpa-fleece outer cover, the inner bag and all of the shredded memory foam filling already inside.
You unbox it, fluff it for a few minutes and sit down. There is no assembly, no separate filling order and no surprise second invoice.

The Minisac is the same construction and the same foam in 3ft ($149) and 4ft ($199), built for one person. It fits rooms where a 6ft beanbag would swallow the floor: kids' rooms, dorms, reading corners, studio apartments.
It comes in five colors instead of three, so it works as a second seat next to a full-size Cosac.

Every part of a Cosac is sold separately: sherpa covers from $110, inner bags from $30 and shredded memory foam from $110. A stained cover or a flattened bag is a $110 problem instead of a $299 one.
That keeps a Cosac in service for years rather than turning it into bulky waste the first time something goes wrong.

One price, everything in the box
Lovesac sells the foam insert and the cover as separate purchases: roughly $850 for a 6ft insert plus $200 to $600 for a cover, so a complete setup lands between $1,100 and $1,700. A 6ft Cosac is $299 with the cover, the inner bag and the filling included.
We do not sell a base model that needs three add-ons to be usable. The price you see on the product page is the price of a finished beanbag.
Cosac vs LovesacShredded memory foam, not polystyrene beads
Yogibo and Moon Pod fill with EPS beads, and Fatboy and much of Big Joe's range use the same material. Beads compress under weight and stay compressed, which is why a bead bag needs a refill within months and sits lower every year.
The Cosac is filled with shredded memory foam, the material used in memory foam mattresses. It squashes down when you sit and springs back when you get up.

Two bags, not one. A heavy-duty inner bag holds the foam with its own safety zipper, and the sherpa-fleece outer cover unzips separately and goes into a normal washing machine.
Cheaper beanbags put the filling straight into the outer shell, so cleaning means either spot-cleaning around a stain or emptying the foam into your living room. With a Cosac you unzip the cover and wash it.

Leon founded Saftladen GmbH and launched Cosac in 2023 with one goal: sell a shredded memory foam beanbag that arrives complete, in a category where the insert, the cover and the filling are usually three separate purchases adding up to four figures.
He runs the brand day to day, reads the support inbox, and sits on a 7ft Ash Cosac while doing it.
How Cosac started
We have been selling XXL beanbags since 2023 under our Swiss company Saftladen GmbH, registered in Rotkreuz. The idea was narrow from the start: one product, done properly, shipped complete.
We then lost our original domain and had to restart the shop here on cosac.store. Same company, same products, same 60-day guarantee, new address. If you bought from the old store, you are still covered, so get in touch and we will pull up your order.
Today the range is three Cosac sizes, two Minisac sizes and replacement parts for every component.
The team and where we work from
Cosac is a small team rather than a call center. Brand, product and customer support sit in Switzerland. Orders in stock are picked, packed and shipped by our warehouse partner in Burlington Township, New Jersey, which is why they arrive in 1 to 3 business days. When US stock runs low, orders ship from our manufacturing partner in China.

How Cosac works
From checkout to delivery to the return you hopefully never need.
You order on cosac.store
Pick a size and a color and check out with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. There is no account to create and no membership attached to the order.
We ship from New Jersey when in stock
When it has stock, your order is picked and packed at our warehouse in Burlington Township, NJ 08016. US delivery then takes 1 to 3 business days, Canada and Australia 1 to 5. When US stock runs low, your order ships from our manufacturing partner in China and takes around 4 weeks. Shipping is free everywhere we ship.
You get a tracking number the day it leaves
Tracking arrives by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. You can also look an order up any time with your order number on our tracking page.
Setup takes a few minutes
It arrives pre-filled, with the cover, the inner bag and the foam already together. Unbox it, fluff it for a few minutes and sit down. There is nothing to assemble and no filling to pour.

Returns are 60 days, prepaid, no restocking fee
Tell us within 60 days of delivery and we send return instructions and cover the return shipping. Once the beanbag is back with us, the refund goes to the original payment method.
