Every order comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you don't love it, send it back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

What You Can Return

Everything we sell: The Cosac, The Minisac, the Sherpa Cover, the Inner Bag and the Premium Filling. You can use it first. That's what the 60 days are for.

Please send back the complete item. For a beanbag, that means the outer cover, the inner bag and all of the filling.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email office@cosac.store or use our contact form with your order number. You don't need to give a reason, but it helps us improve.
  2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and packing instructions.
  3. Pack it up, attach the label and drop it off with the carrier. It doesn't need to go back in the original packaging.

Refunds

As soon as the carrier scans your return, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Still nothing after 15 business days? Email us at office@cosac.store and we'll look into it.

Cancellations

Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us with your order number and we cancel it for a full refund.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us right away with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Email us with your order number and what you'd like instead. We arrange the return and ship the replacement, and charge or refund any price difference.

Where This Policy Applies

This policy covers orders shipped to the United States, Canada and Australia. It comes on top of your rights under local consumer law and never replaces them.
