At Cosac, we want your beanbag to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping to the United States (excluding Hawaii), Canada, and Australia. No minimum order required. For other countries, reach out via our contact form and we'll see what we can do.

Delivery Times

• United States: Shipped within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery within 5–7 business days.
• Canada: Shipped within 1–5 business days. Typical delivery within 7–14 business days.
• Australia: Shipped within 1–5 business days. Typical delivery within 10–18 business days.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States (excluding Hawaii), Canada, and Australia. For other countries, please contact us and we'll see what we can do. International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs office.

Shipping Restrictions

We are currently unable to ship to Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us.
